Fit
Custom Fit
If you need adjustments or a fully unique fit, our custom fit tool lets you input specific measurements, and we’ll develop a cutting pattern. This may include the creation of custom panels, pockets, and cuts.
Fabric
Pre-engineered Fabric
We offer a selection of 20+ high-quality fabrics, ranging from 185GSM cotton jersey to 500GSM French terry. These fabrics are on stock in our warehouse, enabling rapid turnaround times.
Custom Fabric
For brands needing something specific, we provide custom fabric development. Our team works with you to create knitted fabrics that meet your exact requirements.
Dyes
Standard Colours:
Black, white, and heather gray colourways are dyed in a fabric dye process after the fabric is knitted into rolls and before the pattern cutting.
Custom Colors/Washes:
Reactive Garment Dye: dyes fully constructed garments using reactive dyes for vibrant, long-lasting colors and excellent wash fastness.
Fadeout Garment Dye: a second wash with potassium permanganate partially removes dye to create a soft, vintage effect.
Standard Colours
Black, white, and heather gray colorways dyed in-roll before cutting for consistent tone and fast production.
Prints
Standard screen printing with plastisol and water-based inks for crisp detail. Options include puff, discharge and transfer prints for special effects.
DTG (Direct-To-Garment)
Digital inkjet printing directly onto fabric for detailed, full-color designs and soft hand-feel.
Embroideries
Flat and 3D embroidery with a wide thread palette. We also support chenille, chain stitch and applique patches for premium texture.
Flat Embroidery
Clean and classic stitch work for logos, chest marks, and minimal premium branding.
Distressing
From soft enzyme washes to heavy grinding and hand sanding — choose the exact level of vintage wear you want.
Enzyme Wash
Softens fabric and reduces harshness for a clean, worn-in feel without aggressive damage.
Spraying
Uniform colour fades or custom stencil art using single or multi-colour sprays.
Uniform Fade
Balanced tone fade across panels for a modern washed aesthetic.
Stitching
Durable constructions with decorative options like coverstitch and contrast topstitching.
Standard Construction
Strong seams built for long wear using industry-standard stitch types.
Labels
Woven and printed care labels plus custom brand neck labels, hem flags and swing tags.
Neck Labels
Custom woven or printed neck labels for branding, sizing and premium presentation.
