Fit
Pre-engineered Fits
We stock classic leather jacket silhouettes—biker, bomber, trucker, and racer jackets—developed from industry-standard patterns. These serve as a solid starting point.
Custom Fit
We can create unique silhouettes tailored to your specifications. Options include cropped fits, oversized cuts, elongated lengths, and custom pocket placements.
Leather Types
Pre-engineered Leathers
We offer a curated range of leathers: cowhide, sheepskin, and goat suede. These are selected for durability, texture, and affordability.
Custom Leather Sourcing
We can source specialty hides like lambskin, buffalo, or exotic leathers upon request. We also support eco-friendly vegetable-tanned and recycled leather options.
Tanning
Chrome Tanning: Produces supple, water-resistant leather with vibrant finishes.
Vegetable Tanning: Uses natural tannins for eco-friendly leathers with earthy tones and unique patina.
Oil & Wax Tanning: Creates durable, water-repellent leather ideal for rugged wear.
Finishes
Aniline: Transparent finish highlighting natural grain.
Semi-aniline: Light protective coat while preserving softness.
Pigmented: Full coverage finish for durability and even colour.
Distressed & Waxed: Vintage looks with broken-in character.
Stitching
We offer heavy-duty double stitching, decorative contrast topstitching, and reinforced seams. Stitch colour and thread thickness are fully customizable.
