Our Denim Program includes jeans, jackets, and other twill-based garments crafted with premium denims ranging from raw to heavily washed.
When creating denim via The Production House, you can select from multiple modules to design your fully custom piece.

Fit
Pre-engineered Fits
Classic 5-pocket jeans, trucker jackets, and workwear silhouettes refined from global streetwear standards. These fits serve as a reliable starting point.
Custom Fit
Submit your measurements and design details to create unique silhouettes. Options include custom rise, flare, taper, inseam lengths, jacket lengths, and pocket placements.
Fabric
Pre-engineered Denim
We stock 10oz–16oz cotton denims in indigo, black, and ecru. These are mill-sourced for durability and perfect for rapid turnaround production.
Custom Denim
We can source selvedge, organic cotton, stretch blends, or recycled yarn denims upon request. Lead time: 6–8 weeks.
Washes
Stone Wash: Creates a soft handfeel and lightened indigo shade.
Enzyme Wash: Eco-friendly wash for subtle fading and comfort.
Bleach Wash: Produces high-contrast vintage looks.
Acid Wash: Creates marbled, irregular fade effects.
Distressing
Choose your desired level of vintage wear — from light whiskers and honeycombs to heavy rips, abrasions, and raw-edge hems. Distressing is applied by hand for authenticity.
Finishes
Resin Coating: Adds stiffness and sheen.
Overdyeing: Layer colors over indigo for unique tones.
Coating & Waxing: Creates leather-like surface finishes.
Stitching
Reinforced chain stitching, bartacks at stress points, and decorative contrast topstitching available in multiple thread colours.
Labels & Trims
- Leather Patches (debossed, embossed, or printed)
- Woven Labels (custom neck/waist labels)
- Metal Hardware (custom rivets, buttons, zippers)
You may also provide your own trims.
